Terms and Conditions for Pensiv

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pensiv, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Use of the App

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pensiv. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

b. License

Pensiv grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

c. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Share or distribute content that violates the rights of others or contains harmful material.

3. User Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create within Pensiv, including journal entries.

b. License to Pensiv

By using the app, you grant Pensiv a non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for providing app functionality.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

a. Payment Processing

Payments for premium features or subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

b. Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• 14-Day Grace Period: If you are dissatisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase.
• Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email to andy@pensiv.me with the subject line "Refund Request" and should include your account email and reason for requesting a refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Note that repeated subscription purchases and refund requests may result in refund ineligibility at our discretion.

5. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Pensiv, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pensiv is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Pensiv is not liable for:

• Loss of data or content.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

7. Modifications to Terms

Pensiv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pensiv if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the app, other users, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
